The Aircraft Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operations activities associated with two US Air Force E-9A “Widget” aircraft. CLS includes design, maintenance, installation and test of modifications, engineering services, organizational and depot level maintenance and repaint, supply support, engineering/technical data, transportation of parts and components (SE) and launch and recovery of the E-9 aircraft. In addition to the CLS activities, we will provide In-Flight Mission System Operators for the Sea Surveillance Radar and Telemetry Relay Systems. The Program Manager will have full authority to act for ATSA on all matters relating to the performance of a 5-year contract with the US Air Force at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Experience: 8 years aircraft program management experience Education: BS/BA in Engineering, Science or Mathematics.  

Quality Manager -- Panama City, Florida

The Quality Manager shall have received ISO 9001:2000 training as an International Standards Organization Lead Auditor. The Quality Manager shall have a working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software applications. The Quality Manager shall possess the abilities necessary to perform the following tasks: a. Manage quality assurance system. b. Schedule and direct inspection and audit activities. c. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions. d. Develop and provide quality inspection and audit metrics. e. Execute quality plans. f. Prepare and execute quality related data collection and analysis. g. Attend meetings and conferences to discuss quality related issues. NOTE: The Quality Manager should have knowledge and experience in government quality processes.  

Mission Sytems Technician -- Panama City, Florida

The Mission System Technician will maintain the mission systems on the USAF E-9A Aircraft. The primary mission systems are the Telemetry Relay System, Sea Surveillance Radar System, Drone Control & Relay System/Data Link System, UHF Relay System and the Flight Termination System. Candidates must meet one of the following minimum experience levels performing aircraft electronic systems intermediate or depot level maintenance: • Five (5) years experience as a FAA certified repairman • Level 7 Air Force certification (or other service/civil service equivalent) • Experience maintaining current configuration of E-9 mission systems
