products and services. Our quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)
procedures contribute to a level of control that will produce results on a
consistent basic and meet the specific standards of performance.
Our management staff will ensure quality performance through supportive personnel management, periodic monitoring and work control, frequent interface with the customer, and timely reporting. Our Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining the Task Order (TO) Quality Control Plan and ensuring full implementation for achieving quality output. Major elements of ATSA’s approach to assuring quality are:
- Implementing and maintaining a plan that identifies responsibilities, provides for the application of specific standards, and establishes guidelines for the approach to ensure quality assurance.
- Staffing each task with experienced, qualified, and motivated personnel
- Developing a task specific approach to quality assurance and including it is overall plans.
- Conduct formal periodic status reviews on all tasks, including Deliverables, Scheduling, Staffing, Cost and Technical Performance.
- Internal reviews of our company products before delivery to ensure they are logically structured and consistent with other project document.
- Assigning overall responsibility for implementation to the Project Manager who will ensure the maintenance of QA integrity.
- Develop products and services that meet or exceed the customers expectations.
- Quality consists of those product features that meet the needs of customers and thereby provide product (service) satisfaction.
- Quality consists of freedom from deficiencies.
